We offer a wide range of payment methods including credit/debit cards, online wallets including Neteller and Skrill , Poli Pay, online banking and bank wire transfer. To view the full list of depositing methods and fund your account – login to your Client Area and click on “Funding” on the left side menu, choose “Deposit”, select the trading account to which you wish to deposit and click “Submit”.

The minimum deposit for both Standard and Raw accounts is $100 AUD or equivalent

Please allow our onboarding team up to one business day to verify your documents, however we will aim to have your account open within the hour.

To avoid confusion we advise to have all your trading accounts under the same Client Area profile, using the same email address.

The process involves checking the client’s Name, Residential address and Date of Birth against both public and private data sources.

Common data sources include but are not limited to:

  • Driving licence and Passport
  • Birth registers
  • Electoral rolls
  • Property ownership records
  • Telephone and utility
  • Credit reports

If the EV system is able to find multiple matches against various data sources, then the EV system will be able to reliably authenticate the identity of the individual. However, if the client cannot be reliably identified, then Al Royal Brokers will request for KYC documents to manually verify the identity of the client.

Documents such as passport, national identity card or driver license can be provided as proof of identity. Documents such as a utility bill or bank statement within the last 6 months showing the client’s full name and current address can be provided as proof of residence.

We will require the original copy of the Trust deed. The nominated Individual Trustee will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Passport, Government ID, Driver License) and Proof of Address (Utility/Phone/Internet or Bank Statement) showing full name and address, dated within 6 months.please reach out to our onboarding team (onboardingsc@fpmarkets.com) for more information.

Yes, all client funds are held in segregated bank accounts.

Al Royal Brokers (Global) LLC is not a member of an Investor Compensation Fund, however in case of company bankruptcy clients would be paid from company’s own funds.

In this unlikely event, client funds would be returned to clients from the client funds accounts.

No, we do not have professional indemnity insurance.
